What does the monthly or annual subscription service include?

The watch can be purchased unlocked (without SIM) or with a Movistar plan (monthly 5.99€/month or annual 60€/year). When you subscribe, the watch arrives with a SIM card pre-configured and ready to use, including a data and voice plan valid across Europe.

The Robin app lets you and your family track your child’s GPS location, monitor their activity, and receive notifications whenever they enter or leave predefined places like home or their usual spots.

With the Robin App, you can communicate directly with whoever is wearing the watch — via chat or call — thanks to its built-in microphone and speaker. Available on both iOS and Android.

Our technical support team is available free of charge Monday to Friday, ensuring quick responses to any questions and, if needed, urgent repair to minimise time without the watch.
